How To Adjust The Pressure of Hydraulic Strapping Machine

The working pressure is a basic parameter of the packaging machine's working system, and whether it is normal or not greatly affects the performance of the equipment. In order to appropriately increase the hydraulic system pressure, the pressure should be adjusted within the specified range according to the equipment's instructions and cannot be adjusted too high.

When encountering low pressure on the packaging machine during production, in order to make the equipment work according to the requirements of hydraulic adjustment force, corresponding hydraulic valves must be set up to control the direction, speed, and output of the hydraulic cylinder.

The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic baler is maintained by adjusting the pressure relay. The pressure relay is a general term for high and bottom pressure relays, consisting of a high pressure controlled by the exhaust pipe pressure and a bottom pressure controlled by the breathing pressure. Relays are used to interrupt the oil supply of hydraulic transmission systems, which may lead to accidents. Pressure control is necessary to maintain the safe operation of hydraulic cylinders. Two toggle switches are used to control the circuit for high and low pressure, making the structure compact and easy to adjust.

During the pressure regulation process, the following points should also be noted:

1. It is not allowed to adjust the system working pressure while the executing components are in motion.

2. Before adjusting the pressure, check the pressure gauge of the waste paper baler for any abnormalities. If there are any abnormalities, replace the pressure gauge before adjusting the pressure. No pressure gauge system is allowed to adjust pressure.

3. During the pressure adjustment process, there may be no pressure in the system of the waste paper baler or the pressure rise cannot reach the adjustment value. In this case, the pump should be stopped for careful inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing the adjustment. It is not allowed to adjust forcefully without asking the reason.

4. Adjust the pressure according to the design requirements or actual usage requirements, and do not exceed the rated pressure value of the waste paper baler.

5. After the pressure adjustment is completed, the actuator of the waste paper baler should be moved at a low speed throughout the entire stroke, and the smoothness of the movement can be observed. Check whether the actions of the executing components of the waste paper baler conform to the designed sequence and whether the actions are coordinated.

The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic baler must be carried out according to the instructions, and if necessary, a professional equipment manufacturer should be invited to solve it.
